  • Grant ReadingNest a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that User Content solely for operating and improving the Services.

    You remain responsible for your User Content.

  • Access may be provided immediately after purchase.

  • Subscription billing (if offered) will occur at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.

ReadingNest does not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. (We try, but the internet has moods.)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadingNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue arising from or related to your use of the Services.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to ReadingNest (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, fraud or certain statutory consumer rights).

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReadingNest from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

15) Governing law
